SUMMARY:Wild Spaces
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a special Wild Spaces family workshop in the Growing Space at St Helen’s\, in partnership with Butterfly Conservation. It’s sure to educate and excite! \n  \nCome along and meet Steve from the Big City Butterflies project to learn how to identify common butterflies and how to create a ‘Wild Space’ to support butterflies and moths. A Wild Space is one where butterflies and moths can complete their lifecycle. The workshop consists of a 30 minute presentation followed by a guided walk looking at butterfly habitat and identifying butterflies at nearby Little Wormwood Scrubs. \n  \nLondon is home to a surprising diversity of butterflies and moths. Over twenty-five of the UK’s 59 butterfly species can be spotted in the capital.
