DESCRIPTION:For All Primary School Aged Children \n  \nOur vibrant outdoor enrichment experience returns to Christ Church! Les Mains Vertes – or green hands – gardening club sessions are bilingual; delivered in both French and English. All skill levels are welcome and encouraged! \nThrough applying Montessori principles\, children get to \n\nexplore their senses\nexperience freedom of movement and choice\nform a lasting bond with nature\n\nYour children can look forward to a variety of creative activities\, stories and songs\, as well as get the chance to garden\, in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. Each week we will explore a different theme such as sowing and planting\, pruning and weeding\, harvesting\, the role of pollinators\, and the importance of diversity. \nChildren will gain an applied understanding of concepts such as sustainability\, wildlife stewardship\, and ecology.
